Maria Jarvis, Volunteer Centre Manager

My role is to support and develop Kingston Volunteer Centre (KVC) with the aim to promote and develop volunteering throughout the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.

I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the Volunteer Centre and managing KVC's various project workers (see the KVC website for further details of our current projects).  I am also responsible for overseeing the small team of office volunteers, who come in each week to help out.

I have been managing KVC since 2002 and prior to that was the Borough Manager for Victim Support and the Witness Service in Kingston. I am a volunteer driver with Richmond and Kingston Accessible Transport.
