KVA Board of Trustees

Kingston Voluntary Action is governed by an Executive Committee of up to twelve members who meet six times per year and are responsible for the strategic direction and policy of the organisation.

Trustees are nominated by organisations that are members of KVA and elected at the Annual General Meeting.  Under the requirements of the Constitution, a Chairperson, Treasurer and other Honorary Officers are elected at each AGM. There are also three representatives appointed by the Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
