BESPOKE Project: Shared Back Office Services

BESPOKE is a three year project at the South London CVS Partnership, funded by BIG Lottery Fund. The aims are to improve shared back office services in the areas of Human Resources, Finance and Management Information, including IT. Together with Community Links Bromley, we’re currently surveying the CVS organisations and partners in the project, to establish the current position of these services.

We will also be aiming to find innovative ways to offer shared services to voluntary and community organisations (VCOs) in the South London area. We’d like to hear from any organisations who are interested in participating in similar surveys of their provision, or any who are experiencing particular challenges and issues in these areas and may like to be involved in pilot projects in the near future.

A tender is currently out for evaluation of the project over its three years, and applications from experienced evaluators are welcome – the deadline for applications is
5 pm on Wednesday 10 February.
