Course Overview: Business planning is core activity required for an organisation’s sustainability, especially in today’s changing funding environment. It is critical in the achievement of business objectives and hitting targets. Many organisations are daunted by the concept; this course will help you understand how to go about developing a plan through a structured process resulting in a useful document. Objectives:
